In a remarkable achievement, our team has successfully delivered the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of the KSRTC Fleet Management System in less than 10 days. The application, developed from the ground up, was officially handed over on Vrischikam 1st, marking the beginning of the Sabarimala season. This system is designed to efficiently manage KSRTC’s fleet for special duty during this critical period.

As part of the seamless implementation process, we also conducted an online training session for more than 200 KSRTC staff members to ensure smooth data entry and system operations. This initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency and improve fleet management capabilities.

The project was presented in the esteemed presence of KSRTC CMD Mr. Pramoj Shankar IOFS, Minister of State Shri K B Ganesh Kumar, and the dedicated KSRTC team. Their support and guidance have been instrumental in making this project a success.
